He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Spencer (Shawn) and Rebecca Polacek (David); his grandchildren, Patrick Spencer (Nora), Ronald Spencer (Gina), Kimberly Dugay (Jason), Tom O'Donnell (Dottie), Jesse Spencer (Kristina), Katherine Cooley (Chris) and Theresa Myers (Dustin); and his sister Annette Hays.
