He is survived by: his wife Laurel; his children, Michael Wheeler (Misty), Joy Nielsen (Chad) and Sally Wheeler; his grandchildren, Noah, Nick, Abby, Marek and Peter; and his sister Sharon Rothert (Fritz). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
