She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip "Chip" Kostecka; and her parents, Mary Smith and Dean Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Kostecka; her grandson Zachary Robinson; and her sister Deana Eckermann (Kevin). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
