He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his sons, David McClure, Jr. and Daniel McClure (Brianna); his grandchildren, Aubree, Ava and Theo; and his siblings, James McClure (Claudia), Bill McClure (Pam) and Barb Schmitz (Don). He is also survived by his extended family and many good friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Omaha Boys and Girls Club.
