He is survived by: his parents, Michael Catherall and Carol Catherall; his sister Christa Williams (Bryan); his uncle Tom Sturm (Carolyn); his cousins, Tracy Sturm (Kem) and Stacy Sturm (Amy); and also, Luke and Hayden.
