Daphne Fey Vellani Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daphne Fey Vellani of Bellevue, Nebraska, who passed away on June 21, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, John Lister Hughes and Amy Mildred Hughes (Parry); and her brothers, Jack and Gordon (Andy). She is survived by : her sons, Paul Vellani of Bellevue, NE and Sergio Vellani; her daughter-in-law Kristine of Bellevue, NE; her granddaughters, Aime Vellani of Overland Park, KS and Andrea Vellani of Pearland, TX; her nephew Robbie Hughes of California City, CA; and her niece Vanessa Linnell of St. Giles.
A graveside service was held on Friday, June 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Bellevue Cemetery.
Per Daphne's request the family suggests memorials to Boys town, Compassion International, Disabled American Veterans, and National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
