He is survived by: his wife B. June Zak; his sons, Donald Zak, Michael Zak (Kathy) and Patrick Zak (Carla); his granddaughter Kaleen Zak; his brother Paul Zak (Annette); and his sister-in-law Anne Zak Hardin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
