He is survived by: his wife Helen; his daughter Christene Wall (Brian); his granddaughters, Cleo and Xena; his nieces and nephews, Jack MacKenzie, Michelle MacKenzie, Tony McCarthy (Gina), Kathy Massarelli (Paul) and Helen Ballentine (Scott); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tony McCarthy, II (April), Ashley Morrison (Tim) and Katelyn Massarelli; and also Elena.
