She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fester and Edith Lou Miller (Ross). She is survived by: her husband Charles L. Tate; her sister Bernice Cox (John Cox); her grandchild Christian Tate; her children, Darryle V. Tate (Kristel) of Odessa, Ruth S. Holder (Harold) of Papillion, James C. Tate (Darice) of Omaha and Wayne L. Tate (Cindy) of Omaha, Nebraska; her siblings, John Miller (Brenda) of Trenton and Juanita Flemming (Curt) of Trenton; and her brother-in-law Norris Pierce of St. Louis. She is also survived by grandchildren, thirteen (13) great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
