She is survived by: her husband Michael; her children, Cindy Trevino (Mike Roach), Shellie Nelson (Andy) and Anthony Trevino (Liz); her grandchildren, Kaily Nelson, Alec Nelson and Trevin Nelson; and her sisters, LaVonne Perjanik (Nick) and Rosemary Hembertt (Charles). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
