He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Andrew Elks (Mary), Janice Elks (Pete Bristol), Evonne Holbrook and Matthew Elks (Amy); his grandchildren, Samantha, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Peter, Lincoln, Jack, Zachary, Savannah, Alex and Adam; his great grandchildren, Boston, Camden and Mahoney; and his brother Danny Elks.
