He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Jammie Moore. He is survived by: his parents, Chris Moore (Denise) of Bourbon, MO and Kathy Moore (Hamilton) of Bellevue, NE; and his siblings, Kimberly Hoth (Michael) of Bellevue, NE, Tom Moore of Omaha, NE, Nicole Seibert (John) of Gerald, MO and Kim Grube (Tony) of Gerald, MO. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, other extended relatives and friends.
