She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Polzin and Elsie Polzin (Koenig); her husband David L. Smith; her sons, Ricky Joeheim and Del Stokes; and her granddaughter Jessica Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Dianna Blakely (Steve), Ashley, Nancy Erickson, David Smith and Jim Smith; and her sisters, Elaine Jerman, Donna Burke and Janet Polzin. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
