She was predeceased by: her husband Robert F. "Rex" Shober; her grandson Joey Merolla; and her parents, Arthur Whitney and Nellie Whitney. She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Merolla; her son-in-law John Merolla; her stepson Rex Walters (Erica Schafer); her grandchildren, Marne Kosobucki, Ashley, Rose and John Merolla Jr.; and her sister Patricia Donlin (Dale). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
