He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Guy; and his grandparents, Henry and Frances Lurz. He is survived by: his siblings, Becky VanDyke (Phil Luehring), Mary Guy (Mark Schwarz), Dan Guy and Wayne Guy; his father Steven Guy; his stepmother Linda Guy; his nieces and nephews, Gavin Dexter-Guy, Cynthia Guy, Pearle Klepper, Anakin VanDyke, Malie Guy and Jennifer Guy; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Danika, Brazen, Brielle, Coy, Mikayla and Easton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family's choice for future designation with the funeral home in charge.
