We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2023, at the age of 80, William E. Zimmerman of Beatrice, Nebraska, born in Garland, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Zimmerman and Berenice Zimmerman (Morgan); his wife Joyce Johnson; his son Kevin; and his siblings, Harold Zimmerman (Sherry) and Sharon Rohr.
He is survived by: his children, Kristy Troxel (Sid Robinson), Kirk Zimmerman (Jen), Karla Gyhra (Randy) and Keri Zimmerman (Ali Petrik); his grandchildren, Misty Ideus (Matt), Brent Gyhra (Allison), Tyler Troxel (Kylie Surmeir), Megan Gyhra, Chenoa and Tehya Zimmerman; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Emma Ideus, Izzy, Alex Gyhra, Eli, Leo Troxel, Symphony and Kenya Gyhra; and his brother Wayne Zimmerman (Jeanette). He is also survived by two sisters-in-law; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established to the family's choice.
