We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Wilbur W. Remmers of Beatrice, Nebraska. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Remmers and Hilda Remmers (Schneider); and his brother Marvin Remmers. He is survived by: his sisters, Janet Harms (Donald) of Syracuse and Dorothy Folkers (Merlin) of Randolph; and his nieces and nephews, Nicole McWilliams (Justin), Tiffany Walters (Travis), Derek Harms (McKenzie), Daryl Folkers (Sarah Carter) and Brittany Sievers (Josh). He is also survived by eleven great nieces and great nephews and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fox Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1116 N 19th St, Beatrice, NE 68310). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
The body will lie in state at the Fox Funeral Home in Beatrice on Tuesday from noon until 8:00 P.M. A memorial has been established to Cottonwood Hospice.
