He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Houseman and Gladys Houseman (Cook); his wife Janet Wilson; his siblings, Twila Jurgens and Keith Houseman (Jo); and his brother-in-law Darrell Wilson (Katie).
He is survived by: his children, Robert Houseman (Deb), John Houseman and Jan Werner (Lyle) of Beatrice; his grandchildren, Stephanie Meyerle (Mike), Chad Houseman (Megan), Kirk Houseman (Kimberly), Nichole White (Eric), Joshua Houseman (Crystal), Whitney Grabouski (Jordan), Tara Jo Balvin (Sonny), Ashley Russell (Cody) and Cody Grabouski; his stepgrandsons, Jacob Werner (Patience) and Joshua Werner; and his brother-in-law Larry Wilson (Edie) of Scottsbluff. He is also survived by 26 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
