She was predeceased by: her parents, Uhl Gaast and Zelma Gaast (Scamehorn); and her sister Jean Wood. She is survived by: her friend Rose-Ann Parde of Beatrice.
A memorial has been established to the Salvation Army Church in Beatrice with the funeral home in charge.
