Teresa Brethouwer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Brethouwer of Beatrice, Nebraska, born in Fairbury, Nebraska, who passed away on December 5, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Lofing (French) and Marvin Lofing; her sister Carolyn Jane Lofing; her granddaughter Bella Warner; and her father-in-law James Brethouwer.
She is survived by: her husband Terry R. Brethouwer; her daughters, Amy Janzen (Jeremy) of Henderson, NE and Alysia Warner (Jeremy) of Nebraska City, NE; her sisters, Dian (Dean), Cheri Johnson (Maury) of Seward, NE and Karen Kalkowski (Scott) of Fort Worth, TX; her brothers-in-law, Scott Brethouwer (Brenda) and Rick Brethouwer (Terri); her mother-in-law Verna Stevens; and her stepfather-in-law Richard Stevens (Verna). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to St. Paul Lutheran School with the funeral home in charge.
