It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Tami Helmick (Beatrice, Nebraska), who passed away at the age of 47, on August 29, 2023. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Joe, Eunice McKernan, Gerald and Joan Mailahn; and her uncle Jeff Baxa.

She is survived by: her children, Chance Helmick (Delaney) of Helena, Montana and Kaylee Helmink of Lincoln; her fiancé Sam Boutdy; her fiancé's daughters, Madalyn and Isabelle; her parents, Jay McKernan and Marilyn McKernan; her brother Jerry McKernan (Wendy); her pet Remi; and her cousin Mailahn. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Beatrice Community Hospital Foundation Patient Hardship Fund and Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund with the funeral home in charge.
