She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Reel; her parents, Edward Luebken and Hilda Luebken (Neumann); her daughter Constance Erdman; her stepfather Bill Shalla; her close friend Frank Holtmeier; her sisters, Neva Andreoli, Carol Scheele and Lylah Vitosh (Melvin); and her brother-in-law Bob Kisling.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Erdman (Lorraine) of Cumberland, WI, Reta Shuey (Pooch) of Lincoln and Carol Mick of Beatrice; her grandchildren, Pam Bratton (Karen), Jeremy Mick, Terra Shields (Zachary), Mollie Patterson (Corey) and John Erdman (Nikki Fox); her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Preston Pike, Hayden, Ashlyn, Kylie, Hudson Shields, Conner, Tanner and Zanner Patterson; her sister Sharon Schuller (Joe) of York; and her brother-in-law Wally Andreoli. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established to the church with the funeral home in charge.
