He was predeceased by: his parents, Ufka Dorn and Tena Johnsen Dorn; his daughter-in-law Pam Dorn; and his brothers, Alfred Dorn (Bernice), Harold Dorn (Arlene) and Melvin Dorn.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Dorn of Beatrice; his sons, Orville Dorn (Sondra) of Lincoln and Merle Dorn (Penny) of Kensington, KS; his sister Margaret Zimmerman (Garold) of Beatrice; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Dorn, Janetta Frerichs, Joanne Ramsey and Ida Lohmeyer. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to Christ Lutheran Church.
