She was predeceased by: her father Paul Scofield. She is survived by: her husband Jan Follett of Beatrice; her children, Kalvin (Kristine), Sharilyn (Shane), Wendolyn (Jeremiah) and Kristina; her mother Maxine Scofield (Foster); and her siblings, David (Anita) and Judy (Ken). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to Piedmont Park SDA Peru Project Fund.
