It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Max E. Kimmerling of Beatrice, Nebraska, who passed away on July 3, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kimmerling and Muriel Kimmerling of Beatrice; his wife Viola "Vi"; his sons, Kent Kimmerling (Kandy) and Phil Kimmerling; his son-in-law Terry Jensen; his brother Weldon (Marion); his sisters-in-law, Rosetta Miller (Melvin), Evelyn Kramer (George) and Janice Lampe; and his parents-in-law, Dirk "Dick" and Mary Wallman.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Kimmerling (Cheryl) of Beatrice, Kevin Kimmerling (Annette) of Beatrice, Linda Kopp (John) of Raymond and Kathy Strouf (Daryl) of Swanton; his daughter-in-law Beth Kimmerling-Dumler (Dean Dumler) of Lincoln; and his brother-in-law Gerald Lampe of Beatrice. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
