She was predeceased by: her parents, Heye Parde and Emma Parde (Harms); her husband Lloyd Drake; her grandson Garrett Drake; her siblings, Edwin Parde (Velma), Norman Parde, Carolyn Iwand (Tom) and Doris Jurgens (Arnold); and her brothers-in-law, Dean Drumond (Beverly) and Ron Weiss.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Drake (Margaret) of Omaha, Dennis Drake (Elaine) of Lawton, OK, Galen Drake (Sonya) of Climax Springs, MO and Marilyn Ditmars of Washington, KS; her grandchildren, Nathan Drake (Patricia) of Rosamond, CA, Kristi Drake of Omaha, Sara Potey of Omaha, Misti Hively (Rodney) of Lawton, OK, Lorri Long (Michael) of Tuttle, OK, Crystal Drake of Baytown, TX, Daniel Ditmars (Tina) of Washington, KS, Mark Ditmars of Washington, KS, Jonathan Ditmars of Washington, KS, Andrew Ditmars of Washington, KS, Kelsey Moore (Justin) of Topeka, KS and Austin Drake (Mishelle) of Parkville, MO; her great grandchildren, Chloe Kane (Ian), Hannah Lively, Savannah Long, Kayleigh Drake, Bryan, Rilynn Drake, Ryan, Olivia Ditmars, Ariella Potey and Ryker Kraft; and her siblings, Beverly Weiss and Roger Parde (Corliss).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fox Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1116 N 19th St, Beatrice, NE 68310). A prayer will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 9:45 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (701 N 6th St, Beatrice, NE 68310). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family for future designation.
