We are sad to announce that on June 29, 2023, at the age of 91, Loyal M. Milligan of Beatrice, Nebraska, born in Wymore, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa Milligan and Frances Milligan (Widener); his wife Julia Hill; and his son-in-law Jerry McAtee. He is survived by: his daughters, Lorraine McAtee of Firth and Sandra Milligan of Beatrice; and his sister Helen Lloyd of Lincoln. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.
