It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of LaVern H. Parde of Beatrice, Nebraska, who passed away on September 21, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Parde and Marie Parde; his former wife Marlene Carstens; his wife Esther; his close friend Helen Willet; his sisters, Evelyn (Art Zimmerman), Doris (John Gronewold) and Wiona (Harvey Jurgens); his parents-in-law, Jurgen and Josephine Carstens; and his brother-in-law Marvin Buss.
He is survived by: his daughters, Colleen Dorn (Duane) of Beatrice, Glenda Parde (Mike O'Connor) of Sterling and Sharon Parde (Mark Bitting); his grandchildren, Megan Riggert (Jared), Eric Dorn, Stephen Behrens (Ashley) and Evan Behrens; his great grandchildren, Alexandrea "Lexi", Zayne, Holden, Wesley Riggert, Matthew Dorn, Brielle Behrens, Adelyn and Peyton Mundil; and his sister-in-law Luella Buss. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family for future designation.
