She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Schultz and Arlene Schultz (Koehn); her in-laws, Milt and Jeanie; and her siblings, Roger and Rita.

She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" Stevens; her daughters, Erin Mejia (Joe) and Tonya Orth (James); her granddaughters, Krisi and Sydney; and her siblings, Gary and Carla. She is also survived by one brother-in-law and three sisters-in-law, numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.
