With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John McCown (Beatrice, Nebraska), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. John left this world on December 17, 2024 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen McCown (Baker) and Dan Sr. McCown; and his siblings, Max, Dan Jr., Cleo Lichty, Thelma Knowles, Judy Johnson and Jonie McCown.
He is survived by: his brother Lonnie; his children, Shawn (Donna), Jason (Darnelle), Malisa (Joe) and Ian (Brooke); and his grandchildren, Ashton Portrey, Kaitlyn Nolte (Cody), Hanna Acosta (James), Christian McCown (Delaney), Everly and Ridge McCown. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
