We bid farewell to John M. Prewitt of Beatrice, Nebraska, born in Kenesaw, Nebraska, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 4, 2024 at the age of 71. John M. touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Prewitt and Myrtle Prewitt (Meeske); his siblings, Mick Walker and Merlene Hardesty; and his brothers-in-law, Sam Hardesty and Harold Rohr.
He is survived by: his daughter Chastity Glassinger of Beatrice; his grandsons, Ryan Wolf and Corey Glassinger; and his siblings, Alma "Tudi" Rohr of Beatrice, Bill Walker of Kearney and Gene Walker of California. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family's choice.
