He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Kreuzberg and Matilada Kreuzberg (Zahm); his sisters, Dorothy Mack (Jack) and Mary Lou Schroer; and his niece Mary Beth Mack.
He is survived by: his sister Phyllis Moore of Lincoln; and his nieces and nephews, Jim Mack (Barb) of Lincoln, John Mack (Kathy) of St. Louis, MO, Joe Mack (Carol) of Lincoln, Tom Mack (Valerie) of Wichita, Larry Loomis (Mary Kinsey) of Corpus Christi, TX, Denise Ackerman of Lincoln, Barbara Johnsen (Don) of Beatrice and Jane Edwards of Lincoln.
A Memorial has been established to St. Joseph Catholic Church of Beatrice.
