He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Bstandig and Esther Kalin Bstandig; his siblings, Helen Lytle and Larry Bstandig; his parents-in-law, Albert and Maxine Vaughn Menninga; and his sister-in-law Bonita Johnson (Wayne).
He is survived by: his wife Betty Bstandig of Beatrice; his children, Aaron Bstandig of Beatrice, Tiona Bstandig of Beatrice and Katrina Bstandig of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Kyleah, Brison, Tracen, Rodney, Vayda, Daemond and Donavon; his sisters, Rita Allen (Lonnie) of Wymore and Elaine Lytle of Pennsylvania; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Bstandig of Burchard, Larry Menninga (Ann) of Alaska, Leroy Menninga (Barb) of Wichita and Steve Lytle of Beatrice. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
