He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Ernest Paquette. He is survived by: his mother Anne Paquette (Potter); his siblings, Jerry Paquette (Michelle), Kim Witulski (Chris) and Lisa Guerra (Ramon); and his nieces and nephews, Katelyn Redman (Nate), Allison Spencer (Jake), Jacob Weimer (Allie), Ethan Weimer, Andrew, Preston, Kiera Paquette, Nomar Guerra (Leah Snitily), Ella Guerra and Leo Guerra.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the Community Assistance Program at the First Christian Church, continuing John's legacy of helping those in need.
