She was predeceased by: her parents, John Boughtin and Lola Boughtin (Pethoud); her husband LeRoy Saathoff; her great grandchild Stella Rose Blythe; her siblings-in-law, Judy Boughtin, Lester Saathoff (Nancy) and Loren Saathoff; and her parents-in-law, Ralph and Sadie Saathoff (Fossler).
She is survived by: her sons, Roger Saathoff of Beatrice and Mark Saathoff (SuAnn) of Beatrice; her grandchildren, Accassia Saathoff, Jayde Blythe (Travis) and Trey Saathoff; her great grandchildren, Zaidyn and Scarlett; her siblings, Joyce Bluhm (Royce) of Omaha and John Boughtin (Diana) of Crete; and her siblings-in-law, Lonnie Saathoff of California and Cindy Lawson of Beatrice. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
