We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2023, at the age of 71, Ernest Kerr of Beatrice, Nebraska, born in Fort Benning, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Kerr and Glenna Kerr (Conner); his son Eric Neste; his parents-in-law, Virgil Jurgens and Teda Jurgens Beran; his stepfather-in-law Loren Beran; and his brothers-in-law, Dale Jurgens and Dennis Jurgens.

He is survived by: his wife Doris Kerr of Beatrice; his children, Rosemary Kerr of Beatrice and Christopher Taylor-Kerr; his daughter-in-law Bobbi Taylor-Kerr of Littleton, CO; his grandchildren, Nicholas Nyberg of Beatrice, Rhiannon Harms of Beatrice, Zachery Ayala of Beatrice, Finnegan Taylor-Kerr and Hendrix Taylor-Kerr of Littleton, CO; his siblings, Brenda Walker (Wes) of Republic, MO and Bruce Kerr (Shelby) of Arizona; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Jurgens (Joyce) of Beatrice, Karen Jurgens of Endicott and Elizabeth Ferneding (Don). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family's choice.
