He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Evers; his parents-in-law, Leo and Anna Krivan; his brother-in-law Lester Krivan; and his great-nephew Maddox Weber.
He is survived by: his mother Emma Evers (Zimmerman) of Beatrice; his wife Donna of Beatrice; his stepson Jon Rabus (Angela) of Fishers, IN; his stepgrandsons, Noah and Ethan Rabus of Fishers, IN; his siblings, Dale Evers (Cindy) of Beatrice, Shirleen Schwisow (Bruce) of Beatrice and Sharon Vrtiska (Nick) of Beatrice; and his siblings-in-law, Deb Johnson (Jim) of DeWitt, Margaret Krivan of League City, TX, Gary Krivan (Gail) of Clearwater, FL and Roger Krivan (Debra) of DeWitt. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
A memorial has been established to the family for future designation.
