She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Mapes and Fannie Mapes; and her husband Elmer Scheele. She is survived by: her son Terry Scheele of Tecumseh; and her stepsons, Larry Scheele (Nanette) and Gary Scheele (Ruth) of Kansas City, Kansas. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Cornerstone Lutheran Church in care of the mortuary.
