She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Ellis and Bessie Ellis (Bradley); and her husband Eldon "Zeke" Brott. She is survived by: her children, Mike Lofing (Cheryl) of Fairbury, Linda Lofing (Don Clifton) of Lincoln, Mark Lofing (Mary) of Shavertown and Denise White (Mervin) of Belvidere; her stepchildren, Stephanie Arbuckle of Weir, Matthew Brott (Carolyn) of Beatrice, Christopher Brott (Sabrina) of Helena and Amy Brott of Beatrice; and her siblings, Clarence Ellis of Powell, Wyoming and Barbara Ellis of Denver, Colorado.. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Beatrice in care of the mortuary.
