She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Benash and Florence Benash (Wagner); her husband Richard "Dick" Appleget; her siblings, Art Benash (Audree) and Irene VanEvery (Clyde); and her siblings-in-law, Al Crawford, Dale Rice, Sally Finck and Mary Traubel (Wes).
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Edeal (Brad) of Beatrice and Jenny Augenstein (Brian) of Pullman, Washington; her grandchildren, Ciera Kelch (Preston) of Crete, Gabe of Pullman, Izzy of Pullman, Zoey Augenstein of Pullman, Tanner of Beatrice, Linnea of Beatrice, Emme of Beatrice and Zeb Edeal of Beatrice; her great grandchildren, Bentley of Crete and Ayden Kelch of Crete; her sisters, Betty Crawford of Louisburg and Lorraine Rice of Tabor, Iowa; and her brothers-in-law, Jon Appleget (Shirley) of Fremont and Les Finck of Dannebrog. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
