She was predeceased by : her parents, James Holoubek and Emma Holoubek (Kerbel); her husband Donald Blotzer (Buzz); her siblings, Leonard Holoubek, James Holoubek and Bernice Nolte; and her grandchildren, Don and Patty Blotzer.

She is survived by : her children, Donald Blotzer (Patty) of Waynesville, MO and Nancy Rohe (Robert) of Beatrice; and her sister Charline Brookhouser of Columbus, NE. She is also survived by 47 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

The lying in state was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 5:30 PM at the Saint Joseph's Catholic Church (612 High St, Beatrice, NE 68310). A rosary was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A requiem service was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. Viewing was held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM.

A memorial has been established to the St. Joseph Catholic School with the funeral home in charge.
