He is survived by: his wife Deborah Allen of Beatrice; his child Barretta Allen; his grandchildren, Jason, Aiden, Barretta, Chancellor Allen, Aundrea, Alexzandria, Aubree, Annalicia, Travis Allen, Emma Fulton, Tayten, Paisley, Talon Belding, Jerica, Ethan Forney, Trake Bednar, Jackson and Cayde White; his great grandchild Amara Allen; his mother Bernice Lybolt (Krasonya) of Oxnard California; and his brothers, Theodore Allen (Ted), Michael Allen (Mick), Matt Allen and Jerrold Allen (Jerry).

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family's choice with Shayla Dean and Jerica Forney in charge.
