He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene McKissick; his parents, Richard McKissick and Martha McKissick (Trute); his parents-in-law, Fred and Rexta Waltke; and his son-in-law Jason Wolfe.
He is survived by: his children, Todd McKissick (Dana) of Sioux Falls, SD, Nicole Wolfe of Houston, TX and Tonya McIlnay (Shawn) of Bennington; his close friend Rhonda Minzel of Beatrice; his grandchildren, Ambrianna, Brendan McKissick, Brady Dell (Julie), Taylor Dell (Kassidy), Garrett Dell (Kim), Parker, Britt, Maren and Grayson McIlnay; his great grandchildren, Kael, Kiera, Edith, Lane, Harley, Scarlett, Kessley and Rhett Dell; and his brother Tom McKissick (Peggy) of Milltown, IN..
A memorial has been established to the Beatrice Humane Society.
