She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Green and Alice Green; her husband Lloyd Steele; her brothers, Ruben and Gerald; and her grandson Kalen.

She is survived by: her stepsons, Marvin, Ruben of Bridgeport and Robert of Osceola, Nebraska.; and her sister Louise. She is also survived by three sons, 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren as well as countless nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
