He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary G. (Treantos) and George; his wife Tay; and his parents-in-law, Alex Poulette, Bink Brown and Dixie Amateis.
He is survived by: his children, George (Be), David Chikos and Stefani Murrell (Chuck); his goddaughter Vasso Anest Kumarelas (James); his grandchildren, Wilson Chikos (Kelsey Seifert) and Leigh Allen (Nic); his great grandchildren, Teddy and Milo Allen; his siblings, Sophia Poulette and Andy (Fred Burres); his in-laws, Linda Brown, Clif, Marilyn Houk and Glen Amateis; and his close friend Monte McGee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials in Ted's honor be made to the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church or to the Sons of the American Legion in Bridgeport.
