She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Davidshofer (Mead) and Emmet Davidshofer; her parents-in-law, Harry and Marge Steffen; her sister Ilene Anson; her brother-in-law Buck Johnson; and her pet Jag.
She is survived by: her husband Jon; her children, Christy Schaff (David) of Minatare and Rob of Bayard; her grandchildren, Jaclyn DesEnfants (Cole) of Prairie Center, WY and Travis Schaff (Callie) of Oshkosh; her great grandchild Easton Eirich; and her siblings-in-law, Sandee Johnson of Ft. Wayne, IN, Pam Hagar (Joe) of Parkersburg, IA, Lee Ann Steffen of Westminster, CO and Kathy Stimmler (Tom) of Berthoud, CO. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bridgman Funeral Home (2104 Broadway, Scottsbluff, NE 69361). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bayard Church of Christ (206 W 15th St, Bayard, NE 69334).
