She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Schmunk and Jeanette Schmunk (Bertrand); and her cousins, Dawn, Tara and Michael.
She is survived by: her husband Herman; her children, Ashlyn of Fort Collins, CO and Mitch of Bayard; her granddaughter Evie Patton of Fort Collins, CO; her brother Troy Schmunk (Candace); her nieces, Jessica Nesbitt (Zach) of Bayard, Melanie Dalbey (Kevin) of Bayard and Nicole Schledewitz (Tyson) of Bayard; her nephew Tyson Schmunk (Anna) of Bayard; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Leah, Lexi, Layni, Lindy Nesbitt, Mason, Paxton Dalbey, Natalie Schmunk and Archer Schledewitz; and her aunts, Jane Crain (Jimmy) of Nome, TX, Mary Looney (Jim) and Pat Mimms (Don).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the family for designation at a later time.
