He was predeceased by: his parents, David Feil and Molly Feil (Hoover); his son Kerry; his sister Elsie Abel; and his brother-in-law Walter Abel.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Feil of Scottsbluff; and his brothers, Bob Feil (Sherri) of Scottsbluff and Walter Feil (Dorothy) of Kennewick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
