With profound sadness, we say goodbye to LaVerne Stueve of Battle Creek, Nebraska, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy LaVerne leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though LaVerne may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer W. Jensen and Ella Jensen (VonRentzall); her husband Eugene W. Stueve; her son Bruce Stueve; and her brothers, Wayne Jensen and Arthur Jensen.
She is survived by: her children, Barb Weaver (Greg) of Butler, Bentley Stueve (Carmen) of Lubbock, Bradley Stueve (Sara) of Bellevue and Barry Stueve (Jodi) of Battle Creek, Nebraska; and her daughter-in-law Tammy Stueve of Hannibal, Missouri. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Victory Road Assembly of God (200 N Victory Rd, Norfolk, NE 68701). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
