He was predeceased by: his parents, John Krieger and Florence Krieger (Schneider); his brothers, Harold, Fritz and LaVern (Verny); and his brother-in-law Merlin Hunt.
He is survived by: his wife Lorain Krieger (Hugg); his daughter Kandi Powelson (Rob) of Omaha, NE; his stepchildren, Mandi Kettelson (Jeremy) of Albion, NE, Brandon Bickham (Mykel) of Janesville, WI and Stacey Alberts (J. D.) of Long Pine, NE; his grandchildren, Peyton, Preston, Parker, Logan, Lauren, Barrett, Reegin, Ren, Thomas and George; his siblings, John Krieger (Vickie Steskal) of Spencer, NE, Irene Hunt of Grand Island, NE, Don Krieger (Sandy) of Bassett, NE and Sharon Atkinson (Dan) of Bassett, NE; and his sisters-in-law, Anita Krieger of Bassett, NE and Maxine Krieger of Atkinson, NE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Rock County Ambulance Association or to the family for later designation.
